Challenging a friend with the truth

This link takes you to part one of an online article written by by Marsha West, who was a self-avowed "progressive Christian" (progressive is synonymous with liberal) until a friend challenged her with the truth of God's Word. Two things come to mind. First, her friend loved her enough to want her to see God's truth and was bold enough to confront her with it. Second, her friend knew and believed God's Word.
